01

Custody relationship

After a valid allocation, you own the allocated physical cards and Bangers LLC holds them as custodian through RipRush. Bangers LLC does not acquire title merely by possessing a card. The vault record is an account record, not a token, security, bank account, or negotiable instrument.

02

Identity and custody records

RipRush maintains identifiers connecting physical cards to committed inventory, allocation records, proof media, your account, and custody events. Report discrepancies promptly. Images and descriptions help identify cards but are not independent grades or guarantees of market value.

03

Standard of care

Bangers LLC will use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technical measures to protect vaulted cards from theft, unauthorized access, substitution, and avoidable damage. Access is limited to authorized personnel and operational purposes.

RipRush uses commercially reasonable facility, environmental-control, security, and handling measures for vaulted inventory.

04

Insurance and valuation

Insurance coverage for physical inventory in RipRush custody is governed by the applicable policy, including its scope, exclusions, deductibles, valuation method, limits, and claim procedures.

Any displayed estimated value is informational, may be delayed or inaccurate, and is not an appraisal, guaranteed insurance value, or promise of resale proceeds.

05

Storage period and fees

Current product pricing includes vault custody and no recurring storage fee is implemented. Bangers LLC will not impose a new storage fee retroactively. Any future fee or storage-duration limit requires advance notice, a reasonable opportunity to request shipment, and updated terms.

06

Requesting shipment

You may request release of eligible cards through the vault interface. RipRush may require account, address, payment, identity, or security verification and may place a temporary hold for suspected fraud, disputes, legal process, or safety. Shipping fees and delivery terms appear in the Shipping and Insurance Policy.

07

Loss, damage, and claims

Notify support@riprush.com if a vault record appears incorrect or a card is reported lost, damaged, or substituted. Bangers LLC will preserve relevant records and investigate. Remedies and valuation will follow applicable law, these Terms, and approved insurance coverage; no limitation will apply where prohibited by law.

08

Account closure and unclaimed property

Closing an account does not transfer ownership of vaulted cards to Bangers LLC. Before closure, you must request shipment and pay applicable charges. Bangers LLC may require release of cards when the service ends, an account remains inactive, or continued custody becomes unlawful or impracticable.

We will use the account email and other available contact information to provide notice. Unclaimed cards will be handled under applicable Maryland and other state unclaimed-property law, not treated as abandoned merely because an account is inactive.
